Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping will be available soon.

Free shipping (if available) will be automatically applied.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can check your order status anytime through your account or the tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CBPlay product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if:

The item is in new or like-new condition

Includes all original packaging and accessories

  1. Email us at usaservice@cbplay.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back using your preferred carrier.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For defective items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
