At CBPlay, we design our products with care, quality, and long-term durability in mind. We stand behind every item we make. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what isn’t, and how to get support if something goes wrong.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All CBPlay products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronic or internal component failures
  • Battery-related malfunctions (non-consumable defects)
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse or external damage

If your product develops a problem within the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product 
  • Replace it with the same model
  • Provide a comparable replacement if the original model is discontinued

No extra fees. No hidden charges.

 What’s Covered

  • Device not powering on despite proper charging
  • Internal speaker malfunction (e.g., distorted sound, no sound)
  • LED lighting failures unrelated to drops or water exposure
  • Sudden battery failure or abnormal charging behavior
  • Buttons, dials, or firmware malfunctioning

If something stops working the way it should — and it’s not due to accidental damage — we’ll take care of it.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)
  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or crushing
  • Damage caused by water beyond the product’s rated resistance
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembly
  • Loss or theft
  • Consumables such as stickers or decorative accessories
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unverified third-party marketplaces

Proof of Purchase

  • Order number
  • Purchase receipt or Shopify order confirmation
  • Product model and description of the issue

If you purchased through Amazon or another authorized retailer, please provide that receipt.

 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at usaservice@cbplay.com

  • Include your order number, product name, and a short description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the problem are highly recommended

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

  • We’ll send a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders)
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship your replacement or repair

For international orders (when available), we will provide special instructions.
